Ariana Grande owes a lot to her dedicated Arianators, but she totally angered fans at the 2014 MTV VMAs! After winning a chance to meet Ariana and go to the VMAs because of her fan art, Arianator Jennifer O'Connor says that Ariana totally dissed her when they finally met.
Apparently, when Jen showed Ariana a drawing she made of the singer with Grandpa Grande, the Sam & Cat star ordered her to delete the photos that Jen's sister was taking of the exchange.

Afterward, Jen blasted Ariana on Instagram for being fake, which upset a ton of Arianators who couldn't believe Ariana would act that way towards a fan.
After another fan messaged Ariana on Twitter about what happened, Ariana confessed that it overwhelmed her to receive a hand-drawn picture of herself with her grandfather.
"My heart is still healing and it's moments like that that make it real again that he's gone… wasn't expecting it and it hit me like bricks," she wrote.
"Love a fan gave me a photo of me & my grandpa. I walked away because I didn't want them to see me start to cry. I am still in mourning and I wrote a letter to have sent to her afterward but MTV told me they had already left."
Since Ariana was so close to Grandpa Grande, we totally understand why the image of him would have made her emotional — he passed away very recently. Plus, Ariana probably couldn't spend too much time with the contest winners because she had to perform right away!
