Niall Horan and Katy Perry had the most heartwarming reunion at Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester benefit concert, and although it was a tragedy that brought them and tons of other stars like Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and Little Mix together on stage, the love they all radiated was nothing short of magical. Especially when it came to old friends Niall and Katy.
The duo and all the other performers joined Ari on stage as she tearfully belted out “One Last Time,” a song that has even greater meaning since it has become an anthem of sorts for her fans in the wake of the horrific attack that took place after her concert in Manchester just two weeks ago.

And during this song, everyone up on stage was dancing together, bringing all the positive vibes, led by Niall and Katy as they stood next to having a grand old time.
THOSE SMILES. And the mega-cute moments didn’t stop there. Katy took to her Instagram story where she shared a clip of the two getting cozy on the red carpet and Niall even plants a kiss on Katy’s cheek. But that was only after she said “I’m here with my son Niall” and “I’m like your mom,” which led the the “This Town” crooner to be rather confused.
Now that whole exchange was just too adorable. Niall’s straight up look of confusion is just too good since you know, he tends to think of Katy as the love of his life essentially. Remember when the two snapped a selfie cozy together back in 2013 and Niall declared that Katy happily accepted his marriage proposal?

“she said yes ! It’s happening! Haha,” he wrote int he caption.
This love story really began way back when the “Slow Hands” singer first auditioned for a little show you might know, X Factor. Katy was the guest judge on hand and was the deciding factor if Niall should move on passed the first round. She obviously said yes, and from there he became a part of One Direction and the rest is history.
He also made a promise he wouldn’t ever let her down too.
The greatest them the world has ever seen, really. They brought their love and light and overall BFF cuteness to an event that was all about celebrating unity, so we are forever grateful.
