When Taylor Swift admitted another major artist stole her backup dancers, it caused a lot of drama, so we were definitely worried when Austin Mahone EXCLUSIVELY spilled to us that one of his backup dancers left him to go on tour with Usher! However, Austin says he has no bad blood with Usher or the dancer who left him.
"One of my dancers, who has been dancing with me since the beginning, is leaving," he told us. "It’s pretty sad, but he’s going to be dancing for Usher. I’m very proud, but I’m also sad about it," he told J-14.
While we understand Austin is bummed one of his longtime dancers is moving on, we think it's sweet that he's so proud and supportive!
Even though Austin has wrapped up his American tour, he's definitely keeping busy. We're so excited to see him be the Grand Marshall for the kick-off of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series playoffs – the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, which is such a big honor!
Plus, Austin says that he'll even be performing a few more shows with Fifth Harmony in Mexico. That's major news — we didn't know if he would still be hanging out with the 5H girls after the tour, even though we know he's close to Camila Cabello. We can't wait.
