Austin Butler and Vanessa Hudgens have a great relationship and unfortunately have gone through some rough times together. However, those obstacles have only made them stronger. In 2014, Austin lost his mom to cancer and Vanessa stood by his side throughout the entire process. Now that Vanessa is going through her own moment of grief as news broke that her father passed away from cancer, it seems like Austin is doing everything he can to make sure she feels loved during this tragic time.
Only hours after her father's passing, Vanessa channeled her character Rizzo for Grease: Live and she did an amazing job! Not only did fans notice and were constantly sending her well wishes before, during and after the show, but Austin and his sister did as well. Our hearts are seriously melting at their messages!

Austin sent out this tweet hours before the performance just to get everyone amped up and excited for the show! Not only was he promoting the production but also sending out some words of encouragement to Vanessa. Simply stating how proud he was of her, even though we have a feeling he told her in real life as well, definitely made the High School Musical alum smile!

Aww! We aren't quite sure which part he is referring to here but Austin is right! The whole thing was incredible and of course, who could forget Vanessa's solo. Now THAT would give anyone chills!

Aww! Now we're crying because he said he was crying! This is actually the most adorable thing we've seen all day and we just want him to keep tweeting about her. #LOVE

Austin's sister Ashley Butler even showed Vanessa her support by posting this pic on Instagram. She captioned the photo, "Watch Grease Live tonight on Fox! This lady is going to blow us all away with her talent and beauty! @vanessahudgens #gogrease #greaselive #loveher #sisterineverhad."
Not only is this awesome but it really shows how much Austin and his family are completely behind Vanessa during this time. Of course, social media is only a fraction of the support they are giving her but it's just something else Vanessa can look at when she needs a bit of a pick-me-up!
