It looks like One Direction isn't taking a break after all! The guys have said that they want to have some downtime after their On The Road Again tour before they start working on their fifth studio album, but according to The Sun they're already back in the studio.
"There has been a bit of a question about the timing of the fifth album,” a source said. “But there was never any doubt it would be released, despite the ridiculous speculation.''
"Initially the guys thought they might want more time away from the studio because they've been busy promoting Four. But they've been itching to get back recording again because it's what they love to do, so it's full steam ahead."
If the guys are all working together, they're missing Harry! The heartthrob has been in LA all month and spending most of his vacation time with model Nadine Leopold. However, they could very well be working on new music separately that they will record together during their tour.
While we're obviously beyond thrilled that the guys want to release a new album by the end of the year, we hope they take the time they need to recuperate from such a hectic schedule. After four years of non-stop work they deserve some serious time off.
