The dudes of 5 Seconds of Summer are epic pranksters, and they've taken things to a whole new level with their latest Twitter shenanigans. The band has totally changed their name to "DOGE 5SOS" — and each of the guys have switched their individual social media names to doge-ified monikers. (In case you're unfamiliar, the doge refers to a meme that's associated with pics of a shiba inu and is associated with a slightly nonsensical type of speaking.)
But their devotion to this meme seemingly started with Ashton Irwin, and then all the other guys followed suit.

Michael Clifford changed his name to "Magestic Doge," Luke Hemmings changed his name to "Doge Hemmings," and Calum Hood changed his name "Doge Official." Their band's Twitter account even got in on the joke.
They've coordinated their user names in the past, but that hasn't stopped fans from turning #dogefamily into a worldwide trend.
We're glad that this change isn't permanent (we're kind of attached to the name 5SOS), but we love that they have such a great sense of humor. And the 5SOSFam loves it too!
