After a brief Twitter break, Demi Lovato is officially back on the social networking site. Although there was some speculation that the pop star's break was due to her returning to rehab, Demi assures her fans that she's perfectly fine. "Don't believe the hype," she Tweeted. "All is well! So stoked to head to Chile in a few days! Love all my Lovatics…MUAH! xo"

Demi is gearing up to go to Chile for the Iquique Music Festival on February 4 where she's slated to perform alongside Colombian pop star, Juanes.
