Kylie Jenner is only 17 years old, but her latest purchase shows that she's not playing around! According to TMZ, she recently signed a deal for a $2.7 million house.
It's located in a gated community in Calabasas called The Oaks, and comes complete with a home theater, a pool, and five bedrooms. Sounds fancy!

Her new pad is a block away from her sisters Kourtney and Khloé Kardashians' homes, so at least she'll have her family nearby. She's reportedly been living with her older sister anyway, after she got into a big fight with her mom Kris Jenner.
But it seems like she's ready to be fully independent now. We're sure she'll try to make a really cute home with her Italian greyhound puppy, Normie Jenner!
