It's been several weeks now since Louis Tomlinson gotten into a brawl at LAX airport with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder by his side. The video was pretty disturbing once it surfaced and no one knew what Louis' fate was going to be. Not only did he get into a scuffle with paparazzi but he also got into a fight with a fan. Louis allegedly hit the female fan in the face after she was attacking Eleanor.
Now, new details have emerged and Louis will officially not be criminally charged over the case. TMZ is reporting that Louis will be ordered to go to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office for an informal hearing. It is there that both parties will give a testimony about what they think happened that day. A hearing officer will then give advice to each side of the case about what they should do in the future in terms of their behavior.

After all of this, no criminal charges will be filed. Sources are telling TMZ that after the incident, there have been several airport workers who have come forward and said Louis never intentionally hurt the photographer or the female fan. It was only when the fan was attacking Eleanor did he aggressively and forcefully step in.
There's no word on whether or not this is being treated as self-defense, but clearly, Louis has some good lawyers who made the argument that he was not in the wrong here. The hearing will be at the end of the month and only time will tell if Louis gets any more consequences over the dilemma. We have a feeling he's going to cooperate though.

With taking care of his son to his new music to tending to Eleanor, this guy has a lot on his plate. The last thing he needs is for more trouble with the law.
Louis arrest came as a total shock to fans considering none of the One Direction boys have ever acted out in this physical manner. Yet, it just goes to show that Louis will do anything he needs to in order to protect the people he loves. Eleanor has yet to speak out about the informal hearing however Louis' team did give a statement previously about the situation at hand.
They said, "The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with louis. It's not the first time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity. While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defense."
Here's to Louis staying out of this kind of spotlight in the future!
