One Direction thanked Zayn Malik during their 2015 Billboard Music Awards acceptance speech for Best Duo/Group! The band won the first award of the night, and made sure to thank their former bandmate. After Niall Horan gave props to Directioners for all their support, Liam Payne stepped in with a few emotional words.

"As Niall says, this one is for the fans. But there's one more person to share it with, and that's our brother Zayn," he said.
Even though it's been a dramatic few weeks between 1D and their former bandmate, we're so touched that they still consider him their brother. We hope that Zayn feels the same way!
