Oh no! Sabrina Carpenter is being sued – talk about a sentence you would have never expected to hear in your life. The Girl Meets World actress, who is currently out on the road on The De-Tour, is being sued for breach of contract by her former music managers for failing to pay them commissions after they were fired, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Stan Rogow and Elliot Lurie aren’t just suing the “Why” songstress though. Her parents and manager are taking the hit too.

The two claim that they were hired after Sab signed with Bill Perlman, who is the president of talent agency Perlman Management Group. Stan and Elliot’s complaint, which they filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, states that they each signed a music management agreement in 2011 – in which they would earn 50% of Bill Perlman’s commissions. Sabrina then went on to land a five-album deal with Hollywood Records and become a leading lady in Girl Meets World as fan-fave character Maya Hart.

The two individuals suing Sabrina, her parents and her manager were fired in 2014, and they are claiming that they each are owed a portion of Sabrina’s profit from the success of her albums Eyes Wide Open and Evolution. In the complaint, they are claiming that Sabrina scored these deals after Stan spoke to executives from Disney Channel, as they each worked “tirelessly” to promote Sabrina’s career.

“Plaintiffs worked tirelessly to promote Sabrina and her music until their service were terminated, without cause,” attorney Neville Johnson wrote in the complaint.

We are sending all our love to Sabrina during this time!
