WOAH, WHAT?!Are Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter Starring in a ‘Gossip Girl’ Reboot?

Will Sabrina Carpenter and Rowan Blanchard will be starring together in a reboot of the popular show Gossip Girl? Reports from the site Gamenguide are saying that Girl Meets World’s season 3 is reportedly the last season for the stars, stating that Disney Channel might not be renewing the series because the plot seems to be "too mature" for their viewers.

“Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter from Girl Meets World might be topbilling the Gossip Girl reboot. With the impending series finale, Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter are both left with no series to work on," they wrote.

"The fans are already comparing Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter to the original Gossip Girl ladies, Leighton Meester and Blake Lively. Showrunners for Gossip Girl reboot have yet to confirm if the project will push through.”

Gossip Cop is denying this report and saying that none of this is confirmed, and that there are no show-runners tied to the project even stating that said project "does not exist."

GMW is a beloved series and though the Disney Channel has not confirmed any news about its future, it would most definitely be sad to see it go since it teaches the viewers so many great things.
