It’s safe to say Bella Hadid and The Weeknd had the most public and shocking split of 2016. Just in case you’ve been living under a rock, Bella and The Weeknd called it quits in November of last year and no one saw it coming. The “Starboy” singer was caught with Selena Gomez just a couple months later and no one saw that coming either. Selena and The Weeknd are now totally in love but for Bella, her luck in the relationship department hasn’t been too great.
She has been seen out and about with a few of her model friends that everyone expects she’s now dating including Jordan Barrett. The pair were spotted taking some racy photos of each other inside of her New York City apartment. Bella got super upset when the paparazzi photos leaked claiming that they had just ruined a top secret project. Now, she’s speaking up about a different guy that everyone thinks she’s dating.

His name is DJ Daniel Chetrit.
Bella tweeted in response to all the rumors about her and DJ Daniel and said, “Just to be clear…i’m STILL not dating any of my best friends, y’all! In a committed relationship with myself & my happiness for now???❤️?.”

While Bella says that she is not dating anyone and focusing on herself, we can’t help but wonder if this has anything to do with her relationship with The Weeknd. We can’t help but wonder if she has totally sworn off all men after going through such a traumatic break-up. It’s evident that the end of her relationship with The Weeknd definitely took a toll on her.
She told Teen Vogue back in February, “It was my first breakup … and so public. As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well, but it’s always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily. It’ll be hard for a while. Love hurts, but you have to pull through. But I’ll always respect him, and I’ll always love him. Sometimes you want to be sad about it or handle it differently, but at the end of the day, you never want to burn a bridge that you’ve fought so hard to build.”
Of course, she’s definitely come along way since February. But, one thing hasn’t changed – she’s so not into the dating scene right now. Bella is obviously just having fun in the moment and hanging out with her friends. So what, if she’s in a relationship with herself. That means she doesn’t have to answer to anyone but herself and what an amazing feeling that must be.
