If there’s one thing fans know about Bella Thorne, it’s that she’s not afraid to speak her mind, or throw some sass here and there at people who unfairly judge her.
One thing the Famous In Love actress has been open about, is how landing the lead role in Disney Channel’s Shake It Up changed not just her life; but of her family’s as well. They were facing some serious financial issues at the time, and were about to have nowhere to live.

Since the show ended over four years ago, the actress has gone off to star in numerous roles that have easily distanced her from CeCe Jones. That character is in her past, and people who keep bringing her up along with some other not-so-nice things about how she’s changed is something Bella does not take kindly.
Recently, someone tweeted at the actress on how if she wanted to be someone known for controversy, then maybe she shouldn’t have started her career with Disney.
Her response to this troll? It was short, sweet and straight to the point. The actress tweeted back, “You're right when I was about to live on the streets with no money and a whole family I shoulda turned down the offer #besmarter.”

It was obvious she wasn’t going to reject such an offer, given everything she’s shared about her past.
Sure, Disney will always be a part of her life but it doesn’t define the path in which she’s taken her career. It was pretty unfair of this person to say something like that to the “Just Call” singer, especially since she’s also admitted to not wanting to take the job in the first place.
Bella has clearly moved on and forward in her career since the show ended, so everyone should stop acting so surprised she’s changed so much in the last couple of years.
