Benjamin McKenzie has tied the knot to fellow actress Morena Baccarin. The OC actor popped the question seven months ago and now People can confirm that the pair were married on Friday — Morena’s 38th birthday — at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in Brooklyn, New York.
The publication report that they were surrounded by loved ones for a “small, intimate ceremony.”
The newlyweds met in 2014 on the set of Ben’s hit show, Gotham.
Last March, Ben and Morena welcomed their first child together, daughter Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan, now 15 months.
The 38-year-old starlet is also mum to three-year-old son Julius with her former partner Austin Chick.
Morena gushed about her leading man prior to welcoming their little girl, musing, “Ben’s the sweetest…It’s very nice to work with your significant other, especially when you’re pregnant because you know you’ll get some extra TLC and get taken care of.”
While Ben, also 38, admitted he couldn’t wait for his new role as dad.
“[Being a father] is something I’ve wanted for a long time. I’m excited about all of it, poop, diapers and everything!”
And it seems Orange County’s former bad boy has completely taken to fatherhood.
“She’s about to crawl. We’re dreading that,” Ben laughed during a press event last year.
“But she’s great, and it’s wonderful to have family around and celebrate the holidays together.”
