Bridgit Mendler has just signed on for a role in the NBC show "Undateable." Bridgit's character, Candace, will arrive in the second season of the series.
Candace is a waitress who is described as "confident and undefeatably optimistic even though life in Detroit often knocks her down."
"Undatable" is about a single guy in his 30s who is trying to deal with the fact that all of his friends are married! He finds a new roommate, and some eccentric new friends – a group Bridgit will be joining!
The second season of "Undatable" will air in Summer 2015.
