Caleb Logan Bratayley's death took the YouTube community by surprise, and Cameron Dallas has now opened up about his thoughts on the tragedy. The Outfield actor says that he never personally met the 13-year-old, but he's thinking of the family.
"I don't know him. I think I saw something, maybe on Twitter, it was like a tweet. But that's honestly horrible. Putting YouTube aside, that's just horrible, to lose a kid at that age. It's honestly making me sad, the fact that he lost his life at such a young age. But I'll definitely put in a prayer for him," he told TMZ.
When asked about the family's controversial decision to livestream his memorial service, he said that he totally understands.
"Yeah, I do [think they should livestream the memorial service]. I think the fans are in some weird way a part of him. And I think that's something they should do. And to have the strength to do that is really amazing."
Those are some very wise words.
