With Disney's Descendants premiering this Friday, July 31st, we were so excited to chat with star Jedidiah Goodacre who plays Chad Charming, the son of Cinderella and King Charming, about what made him the most excited to be a part of the film.
For Jedidiah, he said he was so thankful to be a part of the movie with so many talented stars and that it's some cool behind-the-scenes moments that he still remembers fondly based on the time spent filming the movie.
"It was definitely the first week of filming that I remember the most," he told us exclusively. "Zachary Gibson and I shared a trailer and it became a sort of meeting point for some. So after a long day of shooting, we would come back to the trailer and turn on some music really loud and just enjoy it and have a time while we reminisce about the day. There was one time the music was so loud the trailer started to shake and we actually had people come over and knock on the door and tell us to keep it down because we weren't the only trailer on set, you know? But we had a blast at the time. It was fun."
And when it comes to aspiring young actors, Jedidiah has a few tips to share for those looking to catch a break.
"I think about that question a lot, " he said. "At this time my advice would be to only make yourself happy. That's the only thing you can control. If you have an audition, make sure you're happy with your performance in the audition. If you walk out happy, that's all you can really hope for."
How sweet! We can't wait to see Jedidiah in the movie. Are you excited to see Descendants? Let us know in the comments!
