After being in a super-popular boy band that broke up, Joe Jonas is now offering his two cents on the Zayn Malik leaving One Direction drama. He says that he can totally relate to wanting a normal life amidst the "scrutiny" of the spotlight.
“We are all human and we are going through so many twists and turns. Look, I went through it myself and Nick [Jonas], my brother, tweeted the other day that sometimes you have to go through some tough decisions to find true happiness and I stick behind him on that," he said.

He says that, after the Jonas Brothers broke up, they're actually closer than ever — and hopefully it will be the same situation for 1D.
“I am so happy that we are now as close as we have ever been and I think they are going through their own thing, I don’t know it’s their business. You know it is not easy. They are under so much scrutiny in their spotlight. And to live a normal free life is difficult, sometimes you want to be a kid and you want to grow up. To find normalcy in the craziness is the most important.”
We hope Zayn is happy too! But, of course, fans aren't too happy about the fact that he seems to want a solo career rather than be in the band. Hopefully, the Bradford Bad Boy can find the appropriate balance between his singing ambitions and his normal life.
