Photos just surfaced of Justin Bieber kissing his concert opening act and "Baby" video costar, Jasmine V.
The two were spotted having a smooch session in the backseat of a silver Honda in Venice, CA. Although no one is commenting on the situation and if Justin and Jasmine are an official item, Jasmine tells J-14 that she thinks Justin is "super down to earth and funny."
