The news regarding Harry Styles first single as a solo artist just keeps on coming.

Of course everyone is eagerly counting down the days until the former One Direction heartthrob releases the unnamed single on April 7th. While also marking their calendars to watch him make his debut officially as a singer – and maybe even an actor by appearing in a sketch or two on Saturday Night Live on April 15th.

For those who were wondering that the name of the song would be or perhaps what kind of cover art the singer would go for, well they got a bit of a surprise just a day ago.

Hazza shared the title of the single and the art that would accompany its release on Instagram. He wrote with this post, “SIGN.OF.THE.TIMES // 7.APRIL.17 //.”

There you have it! The name of Harry’s first single, which will be dropped in just a few days is called “Sign of the Times.”

The title of course could mean a bunch of things, but of course the first thing that instantly comes to mind is the various ways in which the singer is trying to define himself as an artist by trying to distance himself a bit from the group that gave him his start.

That’s not to say that Harry is trying to put his One Direction days behind him, but perhaps have people see him more than just a member of the band. After all, his first big move after the guys decided to take a hiatus was to join the Christopher Nolan film Dunkirk, which will be hitting theaters this summer.

Acting is a bit of a jump from singing, but Hazza is ready to tackle both of those worlds and we’ve never been more ready to see what other amazing things he’s going to do. April 7th can’t get here soon enough!
