It's no secret that Hilary Duff has been through a lot when it comes to her relationships. In a new interview, she noted that every guy she's dated has been in the spotlight from Aaron Carter, Joel Madden, Mike Comrie and now Jason Walsh.
But, what is it about this new relationship that is different from the rest? AND did she come out as bi sexual?
The Disney Channel alum touched on her relationship with Jason but don't expect wedding bells any time soon. She said, "I don't feel the need to get married again. As much as I was ready and excited, you're like, 'Oh, next step: We get married.' That's kind of the traditional person I'm talking about that's inside of me, or however I was raised. But I don't feel the need. I got to have the experience and it was awesome."
Of course, she is happy but at this time in her life – after all of her ups and downs with love – she is content with her relationship. "I have dreams and aspirations, but I've never really been one of those people who has set dates: 'I'm this age, so this, this and this needs to happen.'
That's just not really realistic. I have a kid. My life is very fully, so I feel blessed and lucky. There are still things I want to do and experiences I want to have, and maybe more kids, but it's not like it needs to happen at this time and I need to be married. All those pressures need to go away."
After all of that, Hilary opens up about her sexuality because in the past she has admitted to being sexually fluid.
She said, "I have zero percent judgment on sexuality. I love that we're getting to this place in this world where people are fighting to be heard and accepted.
I think it depends on the person and my feelings towards the person, to accept that kind of a thing. I'm not gay; I'm straight. I'm fully straight. I don't have any feelings towards women except they're beautiful. But I don't know! Put me in the position and then I might…I think it would depend on the person and how it made me feel when he told me."
This is pretty amazing how open the Younger actress got. It was real, raw and totally relatable! Now the only thing to do is watch her and Jason's relationship flourish into whatever SHE hopes it will be! You go, Hilary!
