Jake T. Austin has been cleared of all charges involved in his alleged hit-and-run! He was accused of hitting three parked cars last November, reportedly throwing a glass bottle at the cars before fleeing the scene. According to TMZ, the actor has been found not guilty, and won't have to appear in court either.

He has been getting into lots of drama since Wizards of Waverly Place, so we're glad that Jake is keeping out of trouble now and won't be going to jail.
In fact, he recently thanked his fans for sticking with him through all the drama, so it sounds like he's trying to turn his life around and start a bunch of new projects. That's definitely better!
