Louis Tomlinson is definitely known as the band member of One Direction who loves soccer, or as the Brits say it, football, the most. Earlier this year, Louis even got to play as a substitute for his hometown team the Doncaster Rovers. Now, Louis took his love for the team one step further: He is a co-owner of the team!
"I will be committing a lot of time to it. I've said that I want to be across absolutely everything. I'll definitely be going to board meetings, which is ridiculous, but I guess I am a businessman now," Louis said in an interview with The Sun.
Although we're super proud that Louis is taking on a more serious role in his career, he said he's going to have to let go of his prankster ways, something that Directioners have grown to love about the singer.
"I have to mature a little bit. This is life-changing for me," he explained. "I'm going to have to start acting dead serious. I can't be a big kid any more or play pranks."
We're not sure we can imagine a world with Louis not being his usual, joking self. He's the master of One Direction pranks! But we understand that Louis is growing up and taking on more responsibility.
What do you think Directioners? Do you think Louis is really going to stop playing pranks or is he simply just becoming a mature, young adult? Sound off in the comments!
