How excited would you be if you got to spend your birthday with your favorite Nickelodeon stars? Well, actress Isabela Moner just made some incredible dreams come true for a lucky and deserving teen named Heaven! Though the star never had a Quinceañera – a milestone party Latina girls celebrate for their 15th birthday – of her own, she recently hosted one at Buca di Beppo Los Angeles for Heaven, who is part of the inspiring Step Up Women’s Network program.

Heaven rocked a stunning teal gown for her big party, and was surrounded by her own family and friends plus some more Nickelodeon guests! Isabela's 100 Things to Do Before High School co-star Jaheem Toombs brought his dance moves to the party, and Game Shakers stars Cree Cicchino and Thomas Kuc had a blast for the occasion.

Isabela's awesome girl power efforts didn't stop at the party itself either. In timing with International Women's Day yesterday, the star launched her very own "Every Girl" t-shirt with Represent, with each purchase benefitting Step Up.

"Every girl wants the same thing – to be accepted and loved for who she is. I created this shirt to show the world that we're more alike than we are different," Isabela said about what inspired her designs. "Us girls have to uplift one another rather than bring each other down. To ‘Every Girl’ out there, this shirt is for you!"

Cree, Thomas, and Jaheem all rocked their own t-shirts at Heaven's party too, keeping the support going!
