Some beliebers will do just about anything to get as close as they can to their idol, Justin Bieber, even if it means getting arrested. An alleged fan was booked on Monday night after trespassing on Justin’s Beverly Hills property around 7:30 p.m. However, this isn’t the first time this has happened. The same fan, who is reportedly a woman in her 40s, was seen at Justin’s home two other times in the past week. During both previous instances, she was warned by the “Sorry” singer’s security that she needed to leave.
But, apparently, this particular Belieber just didn’t want to give up. The third trespassing incident forced Justin’s security to detain her until police officers arrived to arrest her. TMZ is reporting that the Biebs was home when this all went down but luckily, he didn’t make any contact with the woman. Justin has yet to make a formal statement about the situation nor has his management team or security team. However, the whole thing is pretty upsetting.
This all comes on the heels of Harry Styles being inappropriately grabbed by a fan while he was playing a gig at the Hollywood Bowl. While the two situations might seem different, they are inherently the same. The name of the game is personal space and privacy. No matter how big of a fan you are, you shouldn’t be trying to get into Justin’s house uninvited. No matter how big of a fan you are you, shouldn’t be touching Harry in the groin area while he’s trying to perform on stage.
Privacy has become such a large issue especially since basically everything can be leaked onto the internet today. Everything that is deemed personal like photographs, videos, home addresses, cell phone numbers – all of this information can get into the hands of the wrong people. Thankfully, Justin is okay and completely unharmed. To be honest, we’re not really sure how much damage this Belieber could have done anyways. But, it’s a huge safety issue and we wouldn’t be surprised if JB was totally freaked out. This was her THIRD time trying to get on the property. Did she really think this third time he was going to let her in and order a pizza for the two them? Probably not.
Props go out to Justin’s security team for being on top of the situation. Unfortunately, this probably won’t be the last time he has some random person trying to get near his house. But we have a feeling this particular woman who was arrested will be obligated to stay far, far away in the immediate future.
