The Cyrus family is known to keep their love lives notoriously private. The best example of this is Miley Cyrus and her ever so secretive relationship with Liam Hemsworth. The pair has been on and off for years. No one knows if they are engaged or if they are taking things one day at a time. It's all a mystery and until Miley wants the world to know what's going on between them, that's when the world will know – and not a minute sooner.

Miley's brother Trace Cyrus and his girlfriend Brenda Song are a little bit more open about their romance, but they tend to stay out of the spotlight. Now, fans are just realizing that the family's littlest sister Noah Cyrus is the same way when it comes to her personal life and the guys she dates.

Who knew she had a boyfriend recently??

We sure didn't. Now, after the two are totally dunzo, Noah is opening up about the whole thing. While she doesn't say his name, she talks about how hard the breakup was and it's pretty tragic.

Noah did a photo shoot for Schon magazine and chatted with them about all things music, growing up and social media. She said, "During the process of making NC-17, I had a boyfriend, so a lot of the songs are about my breakup. I was really sad after and realized it was a big mistake because I didn’t realize how happy I was in the moment and that I took it for granted."

Aww! This is something a lot of teens feel after they go through a break up so it's really awesome that Noah is sharing her story. We have a feeling a lot of people are going to relate to it. Not only that, but Noah also revealed what it has been like going solo and really breaking apart from her super famous dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Miley.

Noah explained, "I want people to see me as my own person. It doesn’t bother me that people compare me as a little sister or youngest daughter of my dad, but when my album does come out, I want to be thought of as Noah Cyrus."

This is super powerful. A lot of younger celebrity siblings go through the same type of thing when trying to go off on their own and become a separate person from their famous family. Noah has definitely been given great advice from the people close to her who know the biz the best and it will only help her in the end.

Here's to Noah becoming Noah Cyrus and hopefully never having a bad break up again!
