There was only one place for the stars to be on Friday night in New York City: the Z100 Jingle Ball concert at Madison Square Garden. And J-14 was there backstage in the On3 Productions Gift Lounge schmoozing with the celebs and watching them collect fun holiday loot.
Paramore loved the ultra-cool Soda-Club USA Home Soda Maker, which turns normal tap water into soda! We had a sip too and it was some of the best ginger ale ever. The band said they were going to keep one on their tour bus. And the magic soda maker gets bonus points for being totally green (no more soda cans!) and healthier than regular soda.
We also caught David Archuleta playing with dolls backstage - kinda. As soon as he saw that the MGA Entertainment BRATZ Holiday Dolls had an angel one, he started singing, "Angel of Mine." Aww! And what angel did he snag a doll for? His sister. Too sweet!
Also spotted: Brody Jenner donating his energy. Huh? Duracell had a Snowmobike, which all the celebs pedaled on. The human energy was then stored and will power up the "2009" sign in New York City's Time Square for the first 13 minutes of the new year. That means this year's ball dropping will be even more star-powered... literally!
And that's not all. The stars also went home with H&M Gift Cards, BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphones, Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH Cameras, Dooney & Burke totes, D'annunzio Group International jewelry, Hasbro games, Mizani haircare products, New York Health and Racquet Club memberships, and Parlux Fairy Dust by Paris Hilton fragrances. Wow!
Santa sure delivered the celebs' wish list! And ours too, by letting us chat with David, Brody, The Veronicas, Ashley Tisdale, Paramore, and Twilight's vampire doctor Peter Facinelli. What did we find out? Well, for that you'll have to keep reading J-14 magazine!
