The "Hearts Across the Web" campaign asks fans to take pictures of themselves making heart shapes with their hands and upload them to JustinBieberSomeday.com. "To raise awareness and support Pencils of Promise, let's create the biggest digital chain around the world," Justin says .If Justin gets 500,000 pictures, he'll post them all side by side to make them look like a chain of hearts -- and donate money to build 50 schools in developing countries.
