Jake T. Austin shocked the world when he shared an Instagram photo of he and his mystery girlfriend sharing a kiss. Jake captioned the picture, "I'm crazy for her. ?," however he didn't reveal who his GF was!

After some investigating, it's been revealed that Jake's girlfriend is named Danielle Ceasar. Her social media pages are private, but her Instagram description reveals that she lives in New York City.
