Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's long and tortured romance may be over for now, but during his interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest, the singer says that he's still getting inspiration from their relationship.
While he insists that there is no song that directly responds to "The Heart Wants What It Wants" on his new album, he still considers his ex-girlfriend one of his muses.

“I think a lot of my inspiration comes from [Selena]. It was a long relationship that created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that I wanted to write about. There’s a lot of that on this album," he said.
Considering that her track is super-confessional about him, we can only imagine what he'll have to say about her. He doesn't seem like he's holding any bad feelings against his ex. But since he isn't interested in starting a love affair with a new girl, he must really be thinking about their fated romance during his writing process.
