Selena Gomez just moved into her new 5-bedroom, $3 million home in Calabasas, California, but she already had a not-so-pleasant surprise. The "Come & Get It" star had problems with scary stalkers in the past, and it doesn't look like they're going to end anytime soon.
According to TMZ, Selena and a friend heard a weird noise when they got home last night and reportedly got her security team to see what was going on, but before they could check it out, the doorbell rang! Sel's friend answered and a guy asked if Selena was home. Luckily she lied and said she wasn't, because he left right after.
Evidently the police came and discovered the 20-year-old guy didn't just come to say "hello" — he had already broken into her guest home! He was later arrested for burglary and trespassing and is currently in jail with a $50,000 bail. Yikes.
UPDATE: According to GossipCop, Che Cruz pleaded no contest to misdemeanor trespassing yesterday and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. He will also be on probation for three years and is required to stay away from Selena and her new home.
