This has been a pretty good week for Little Mix. They officially broke a chart record previously held by the Spice Girls, and if that's not enough, Melanie B., a.k.a. Scary Spice, even tweeted her support to them!
In their interview with Billboard, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinncok and Perrie Edwards talked about exactly what kind of musicians they want to be for younger fans who look up to them as well.
"When we were younger, we had the Spice Girls and groups like that to look up to, that had this really empowering message and made you feel really good about yourself," Jade said. "And I think it's kind of about time that it was brought around again."
They also opened up about their success and how they're still amazed by all the support they get from their fans across the globe, saying it makes them feel like Justin Bieber.
"Just seeing the amount of fans that we actually have [in the US] is so overwhelming," said Jesy. "When we go to our signings, it's crazy -- like, we feel like Justin Bieber when we go. It's crazy, and we've never felt like that before, and it's just amazing."
