Aww, poor Niall Horan! It's just been announced that the One Direction star is going to be spending next week in the hospital to undergo knee surgery for a problem he's been battling since he was a child.
According to The Sun, Niall's knee has dislocated for years, which is very uncomfortable and painful to have to deal with. With all of the moving around and dancing he does on tour, he wanted to make sure he's all ready to go before they hit the road again.
