It’s been a busy time for Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards over the last few months, not only has she been touring the UK with the rest of the girls, they’ve also released a platinum edition of their Number 1 album and even returned to The X Factor to perform at the final. So now the festive period is upon us, it’s no real surprise Perrie is spending as much time with her footballer boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as she can. The “Black Magic” singer delighted her fan base last night when she posted a VERY loved-up snap with Alex to her Instagram account. Planting a kiss on his cheek as the pair looked incredibly happy, Perrie revealed the super cute nickname she uses for the Liverpool FC player.
Alongside the snap she wrote, “I shall call him SQUISHY and he shall be MINE and he shall be MY squishy! ?❤️.” [sic]
Cute! Fans of the Little Mix singer were quick to comment on the photo, with many calling them “goals,” One user wrote, “THIS IS SO SO SO SO SO CUTE❤?,” with another adding, “The Best and Cute Couple ever.”
Another then wrote, “You guys look so cute together ?.” Perrie and Alex reportedly started dating at the end of 2016 but only went public with their romance in January this year. Since then, the pair hasn’t been shy in publicly expressing their love for each other, with Perrie even supporting Alex at a number of football games. Back in August, Perrie publicly declared her love for Alex when she wished him a happy 24th birthday.
Sharing a picture of a smiling Alex in bed, Perrie made a HUGE statement and told fans she wanted to be with him for “the rest of her life,” she wrote, “Happy birthday my love. 24! If I can wake up to this for the rest of my life that would be wonderful! ??”
