We have all heard of rainbow hair, but what about rainbow hair carving? Well, let us introduce you to artist turned hair stylist Janine Ker, who has an Instagram account that will have you scrolling through tons and tons of pics of the trend for legit hours. It’s honestly unlike any other hair trend out there, and the photos are truly mesmerizing, if you ask us.
Given the fact that each design is super intricate and detailed, it comes by no surprise that styles like these ones take a whole lot of planning and creativity. First, the artist sketches out the desired look on paper, anticipating every swipe of the buzzer and stroke of dye. After the hair is shaved, the artist must carve out the design (whether it’s geometric shapes or a floral pattern) before then going in with bleach to prep for the colorful dye.
