It is already a well-known fact that Niall Horan is the best uncle around, and he just further proved this yet again. The “Too Much To Ask” singer, whose debut solo debut Flicker just dropped today, has a nephew of his own – the insanely adorable Theo Horan. But Niall takes his uncle duties outside of his blood family too, as he truly is the cutest little supporter of Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne‘s babies. Ugh, our One Direction-loving hearts are tingling.
Although Niall hadn’t had a chance to meet Bear Payne when he was first born (simply because Liam and Niall are on crazy busy schedules), he did buy gifts for the little guy. Yes, the image of Niall shopping for baby presents hits us right in the feels too. Now that Niall and Bear have had the chance to meet, the gifts have just escalated.
“I’ve met Bear. I got him a set of golf clubs, so I have to drop them off when I get the chance. I’m getting everyone into golf. I’m trying to grow the game,” Niall spilled in an interview. “As a start I got him little trainers which have his name on the back. Little pairs of all the different trainers that Liam likes. Little Air Max, little Stan Smiths and stuff.”
That fact that Niall buys Bear little versions of Liam’s fave shoes is just TOO. SWEET.
Niall has also totally bonded with the first ever 1D baby, Louis’ son the one and only Freddie Reign Tomlinson. Imagine this trio hanging out, Louis and Niall playing the guitar for the little lad in-between playing some soccer and golf naturally. CAN YOU HEAR OUR SOBS?
In a riveting interview with Billboard, the “Slow Hands” crooner just casually mentioned that he and Tommo hang out a ton and yes, he adores Freddie.
“I see Louis and [his son] little Freddie all the time. He lives around the corner from me [in Los Angeles],” Niall shared.
Umm, okay Niall let us back up for a second. You can’t just drop this on us like that and not expect everyone to freak out, since there isn’t any public photo proof out there of this. Where is the Niall, Freddie and Louis selfie the world desperately needs? But we’re sure Niall is just being respectful of both Louis and Freddie’s mom Briana Jungwirth and is refraining from sharing any personal moments. And then, of course, there’s the fact the Louis only trusts Niall (out of the 1D boys) to babysit his son. So we forgive you, Niall. In June of 2016, Niall admitted he still hadn’t had the chance to properly meet Freddie, but that has obviously changed, as they’ve clearly gotten to know one another very well. And remember when Niall was so proud to see Louis and Freddie were actually strumming the guitar together? Uncle Niall is in full swing, how precious.
