Poor FKA Twigs. The British R&B singer, 29, and her longtime love, Robert Pattinson, have called off their engagement and it’s all because of the Twilight alum’s ex and former co-star Kristen Stewart, a source exclusively tells our sister site Life & Style.

According to the insider, FKA is very intimidated by RPattz and K-Stew’s permanent bond. Though the pair broke up years ago — following Kristen’s infamous affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders — they have been able to repair their friendship, and frequently check with one another.
The source tells us that Robert’s recent decision to call Kristen, 27, for career advice was the last straw for FKA. “Rob and FKA’s engagement is off. Rob really thought he and FKA would get married, but things have changed. He’s trying to get to a certain level of stardom,” says the insider, adding that Rob feels as though he can learn a lot from Kristen. “And that’s keeping him in LA or on location more than ever.”
Kristen — who is openly bisexual — recently told Harper’s Bazaar UK that she was “deeply in love” with Rob when they dated from 2009 to 2013. “Did you think I was faking it? I’ve always really embraced a duality. And really, truly, believed in it and never felt confused or struggling,” she told the magazine of her sexuality. “I just didn’t like getting made fun of.”
These days, the actress is dating Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell, which she insists is not just a phase. “I don’t want to seem presumptuous because everyone has their own experience. The whole issue of sexuality is so gray. I’m just trying to acknowledge that fluidity, that grayness, which has always existed,” she told The Guardian in March. “But maybe only now are we allowed to start talking about it. You’re not confused if you’re bisexual. It’s not confusing at all. For me, it’s quite the opposite.”
