Is there anything Roshon can't do? You first fell in love with the multi-talented star on Shake It Up, and now the singer has launched a record label; signed his first two acts, Alexiis and Jaxon; and dropped his new single, "So Bad," all in one day. It's an exciting day for Roshon, and the artist EXCLUSIVELY opened up to us about why he decided to start his own record label, ELEVATE, after two years signed to Universal Republic. Roshon says he wanted to create a record label to work with artists who are passionate about their craft.

"When I got in to the label world with Republic, it got really political. It got less about the music and more about the business, less about the creativity and more about the record sales. [There were] a lot of politics that I didn't completely agree with, so it kind of pushed me to want to just do it my way, the right way, that I felt was right for artists that are really involved in everything," he told us.

Roshon, Alexiis, and Jaxon all released new songs today. Besides "So Bad," you can listen to "Heaven" and "4 My" now — and you'll definitely want to, because they are really good.
