A huge congratulations is in order for Sam Hunt and his girlfriend Hannah Lee Fowler who recently got engaged! These two are super private about their relationship, they haven't even mentioned the proposal on social media yet.

It was actually Sam's rep that confirmed the rumors to People magazine with the most simple statement ever. His rep said, "Sam and Hannah are engaged."

What fans do know is that they love traveling together and even though Sam may not share a lot about the intimate details of his life with Hannah, he does share photos of her. They are super adorable and from what we can tell, they really do have a special connection.

A few months ago Sam posted this Instagram with his future wife and captioned it, "My day 1."

While it's unclear when and where these two got engaged, they were in Israel over the holiday break. Sam posted this photo with the caption, "2016 Israel."

Did it happen here? Possibly! Our fingers are crossed that the happy couple share more details about their future nuptials in 2017. Sam has actually revealed some details about the hardships he's gone through with Hannah through his music.

He actually calls her out in his new song, "Drinkin' Too Much". The country heartthrob writes, "I’m sorry I named the album "Montevallo" / I’m sorry people know your name now and strangers hit you up on social media / I’m sorry you can’t listen to the radio / I know you want your privacy / You’ve got nothing to say to me / But I wish you’d let me pay off your student loans with these songs you gave to me."

Just to be clear, Sam's debut album "Montevallo" was inspired by Hannah which he has made very clear in previous years. Ever since then, their relationship was thrusted into the spotlight. It seems like, after looking at these lyrics, that she wasn't too keen on the sudden attention.

In 2014 he said, "I spent a lot of time talking to her about songs. I probably should have included her as a co-writer on a lot of these songs because I spent a lot of time chatting with her."

In the new song, Sam continues, "You changed your number and moved and this is the only way I can reach you / Hannah Lee, I’m on my way to you."

Regardless of what Hannah and Sam have gone through in the past, this engagement symbolizes that they are in a great place. We're so happy for them and can't wait to see if 2017 will be the year they tie the knot!

Make sure to congratulate Sam and Hannah in the comments below!
