After showing off his action skills in The Twilight Saga and Abduction, Taylor Lautner is ready to make us laugh with a comedic movie role!
Taylor just landed a new gig alongside funny man Adam Sandler in Grown Ups 2 — the sequel to 2010's Grown Ups — a movie that follows a group of high school friends who reunite in the future after their basketball coach dies. "[Taylor] will make an appearance in a 'fun' role in which he goes toe-to-toe with Sandler," sources confirm.

Grown Ups 2 is scheduled to be released in 2013. In the meantime, Taylor will be busy working on an upcoming indie film, gearing up to film the movie adaptation of Incarceron, and promoting The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2 when it comes out November 16.
