Maika Monroe plays Ringer in the movie The 5th Wave. And she exclusively spoke to J-14 about the experience!
When asked about her character, Maika said that she loves how powerful the character is in the film.
"I play Ringer…who was a blast to play," said Maika exclusively to J-14. "I read the book and the script and I felt the need to bring this character to life. She is really special, I feel very lucky to be playing her…and yeah, I think reading the script makes you realize that she's such a cool female character and in a way a role model. And, that was something that to me is important and it's what drew me to the character."
We can't wait to see Maika play Ringer in the movie! We truly think she will rock the character.
