Ever since they roamed the high-school halls together, Taylor Swift has remained super close with her hometown bestie, Abigail Anderson. After all, she gave her a shoutout in the song "Fifteen." Needless to say, the girls have been close for years and since Abigail announced her engagement last year, fans had of course been wondering if the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer would attend her friend’s big day.

This speculation all began when Tay was noticeably absent at Abigail’s bachelorette party, but fans shouldn’t worry. The two are still very close and the singer was very much a bridesmaid fulfilling her duties on the actual wedding day. So huge congratulations are also in order for Abigail and her longtime love, Matt Lucier!

The two officially became husband and wife over the weekend, at a beautiful ceremony in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. The bride wore a white and pink gown, which the “Shake It Off” singer carried as they walked into the church. Although a world famous superstar was at the ceremony, all eyes were on the bride and groom – as they should have been.

A source even reports that a small crowd began to gather at the church once word began to spread that the wedding party was that of Abigail’s. People were hoping to catch a glimpse of the “Blank Space” singer. The source dished, “There were tons of people, all ages. Lots of tourists who wandered by and were like ‘oh, Taylor Swift?'”

Clearly none of that distracted from the happy couple on what was one of the happiest days of their lives. Though neither Taylor, Abigail, or Matt have shared any pictures of the big day on social media, but we have a feeling that will be changing in the near future. Once again we want to congratulate Abigail and Matt on their special day. We want to wish them a lifetime of happiness and love.
