Last month, Taylor Swift was being sued by a radio host. Now, she is being sued by a songwriter who says she stole his lyrics!

Jessie Braham is suing the songstress because he believes that her song "Shake It Off" uses the same lyrics from a song that he wrote in 2013 called "Haters Gone Hate." He says his lyrics are "Haters gone hate, playas gone play. Watch out for them fakers, they'll fake you everyday."

Jessie wants $42 million from the singer because his song phrase is used in the chorus of her song. Yikes! That is a lot of money. Listen to the two songs — and you be the judge.
