To the best of our knowledge, things have not been good between Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson since he left the band. From Naughty Boy-fueled feuds to Twitter disses, the One Direction brothers have been going through a bit of a rough patch in their friendship. So fans started freaking out when they noticed that the Bradford Bad Boy's matching tattoo with Tommo was starting to fade.
Even though Directioners speculated that he was trying to get it removed, Zayn insists that his ink is just fading on its own.
He retweeted a fan who suggested that the tat just hadn't been touched up.
And then confirmed all the speculation with a simple tweet.

We're glad that there is no beef between them, but we hope Zayn gets his ink touched up soon. Their matching tattoos are a true symbol of their everlasting friendship and brotherhood. If it means a lot to him, he should probably take care of it!
