There is clearly nothing Zendaya can’t do.
The K.C. Undercover actress has conquered the fashion scene, television, is about to take over the big screen with a huge role in the highly anticipated Spider-Man:Homecoming, and is now heading back to her musical roots in a way that will certainly surprise all of her fans.
Zendaya is teaming up with Latin singer-songwriter Prince Royce, for a new song in Spanish. That’s right! Zendaya is taking on music in a new way.
The former Shake It Up, star teased the track on Twitter and Instagram, by sharing a clip of the two in the studio – the full video is available on her app. In the clip shared, Zendaya and Prince Royce dance together, make a few jokes, and seem to be having an overall great time together.
The actress even jokes at one point in the clip that she’s, “about to do a whole album,” in Spanish before admitting that she has no idea what she’s actually singing about.
She wrote along with the short video, “Bts working with the one and only @PrinceRoyce so glad to be apart of this...and thanks for helping a playa out with the spanish😏👊🏽 #X.”

Sadly, this song titled, “X,” isn’t part of a new Spanish-language album she’s releasing, but it is part of Prince Royce’s latest album titled, “FIVE,” – which was released on February 24th.
Though from the very short snippet of the song heard in the clip, it sounds like Zendaya had no trouble singing in another language. Not to mention the song also sounds absolutely amazing.
It’s pretty clear Prince Royce and Zendaya make a great musical team, and should definitely collaborate again on another project.
