It’s officially been one year since Ariana Grande‘s hit single, “Thank U, Next” was released! To celebrate this iconic day, the singer is taking a walk down memory lane and looking back on how much she has “learned and healed” throughout the past year.

On Sunday, November 3, the 26-year-old singer took to Twitter and sent messages to fans and broke down how the song’s success has helped her heal. She even shared the life lessons she’s learned in the past year.

“happy birthday ‘thank u, next’. i can’t believe i’ve spent more time alone this year than i have in my life, i can’t believe how many sessions w my therapist i’ve had, how many times i’ve sung this song, how much i’ve learned and healed, how much i still have to learn and heal !” the songstress wrote.

She went on to thank the Arianators for the “endless strength, energy and inspiration” they give her and even joked about still having no idea what love is.

“it’s been one hall of a productive, emotional, wild and yet … happy! year. thankful for my babies who have provided me with endless strength, energy and inspiration… and to my friends who have held me together on the road and at home. i’m sure they’re just as exhausted lmao,” she said in a tweet. “update: i still don’t know s**t [about] love or have a clue what a personal life looks like other than hanging with pups and piggy which i’ve learned is … actually … more than enough!”

As fans know, the “Sweetener” singer wrote this self-love anthem as a way to heal after the tragic passing of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller and public breakup with Pete Davidson in 2018. From the sound of it, Ariana has started to find herself and as she said in her final tweet, “her heart feels good.”

“anyway, not sure why this anniversary has made me ramble on so much but …. my heart feels good. even though everything is up in the air / i still have a million questions … i’ve accepted it and feel somewhat whole and that feels like something worth sharing. i guess. love u,” she wrote.
