Bebe Rexha has been taking the world by storm with her fun, exciting pop songs. We took a break from listening to her new single, “Meant To Be,” to chat with her at the 2017 Jingle Ball red carpet.

Of course, Bebe looked as amazing as ever with her signature blonde hair and eclectic style. But that might be the only thing consistent with her vibe. Bebe prides herself on switching it up! For example, “Meant To Be” doesn’t sound anything like her last collab, “Back to You,” with Louis Tomlinson. This time, Bebe is sharing the mic with country/pop band Florida Georgia Line. And although some singers love having a recognizable sound, Bebe thrives on the randomness. Check out the video below to see what she told J-14‘s Liam McEwan about switching up collaborations!

So although this means we’ll never get bored of Bebe Rexha’s bops, there is one downside. The pop star probably won’t collab with Tommo again! One of Louis’ first singles as a solo artist, “Back to You” was perfection partly because it had Bebe in it. Now that we know she prefers to switch it up, we can (probably) say bye to any potential songs with the two.

On the bright side, this doesn’t mean she’s done with the whole One Direction crew. Can you imagine a Bebe Rexha song featuring Liam Payne? Yes, please! Until then, we’re just excited about her new album Expectations to come out in 2018. It’s undoubtedly going to blow us away.
