Despite equally successful careers both on and off the catwalk, you’d think there would still be some healthy sibling rivalry between Bella and Gigi Hadid. However, according to a new interview it seems there is no such thing as competition between the two genetically blessed sisters. When Bella was asked by Harper’s Bazaar Arabia if she fought with sister Gigi over modeling gigs, the younger sister explained that that’s not how they approach things.

“Most of the time our markets are completely different. And if we get booked on a job and she gets it or I get it, we’re both happy for each other,” the star explained. “There are enough jobs in the world for both of us. There’s no reason for us to be mad at each other or competitive. So if she gets it, then good for her.”

And if Gigi booked a job Bella was dying to do? “We’re in the family so she can buy me a pair of shoes,” Bella joked.

Luckily for the Hadid sisters, their similar careers mean they get to work together often, and this fashion month the pair have been spotted sharing the catwalk at a whole host of shows including Bottega Veneta, Tommy Hilfiger, and Anna Sui. In the same interview, Bella also spoke about what her career was really like, and how she dealt with the claims that modeling is an easy job.

“Everybody has a different opinion of what hard work is. At the end of the day, if you’re exhausted, you worked hard. I’m definitely tired most of the time,” Bella pointed out.
