Brandon Jones, the former Pretty Little Liars and The Fosters actor, has been sentenced to jail time. He will be serving 180 days in jail for pointing a gun at a neighbor.

The actor seems to have had two incidents that led up to this sentencing. According to prosecutors, he had a handgun on him during an argument with a neighbor in 2015 and in March of 2016, he pointed a knife and handgun at a neighbor during another argument and that second incident is the one the Los Angeles Police Department responded to. The 29-year-old was then sentenced to three years probation with 30 days of community labor and he's required to take 26 anger management courses along with serving the jail time, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement to People.

Yikes, that is rather intense. Brandon is best known for playing Andrew Campbell on PLL, a member of Spencer's academic decathlon team who ends up having a connection with Aria and the two shared a kiss in an episode. The Liars suspected him of being A, the person who kidnapped Sara Harvey and possibly even Charles DiLaruentis at one time. He seemed to be somehow connected to all of the crazy things Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily were going through but that theory was never proven to be true and well, we all know how the series ended. Brandon also played Liam on The Fosters, the former foster brother of Jude and Callie. He has appeared on tons of other shows too like Victorious, Switched at Brith, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and The Big Bang Theory.

He hasn't publicly commented on the sentencing and his most recent tweets from earlier in August are about how his mom just recently passed away.

This is for sure an extremely difficult time for Brandon and we hope things turn around for him soon.
